Daniel Stona graduated from a chemical engineering school (ECPM, formerly EHICS). He is
a Swiss and French Industrial Property Attorney with a C.E.I.P.I. Law degree from Strasbourg University. He is also a European Patent Attorney (EPO) and a European Trademark and Designs attorney (OHIM). He successfully completed a post-grade education in "European Patent Litigation (EPLA) ".
After working in various Industrial Property firms, for about 12 years in France (Lyon, Paris) and about 3 years in German Switzerland (Bern), he joined us in October 2007.
Daniel is essentially in charge of patents in the fields of mechanics, materials and chemistry as well as supplementary protection certificates for medicinal or phytosanitary products, plant variety protection and notification of new substances. He also works with trademarks and designs.
