Daniel Stona graduated from a chemical engineering school (ECPM, formerly EHICS). He is a Swiss and French Industrial Property Attorney with a C.E.I.P.I. Law degree from Strasbourg University. He is also a European Patent Attorney (EPO) and a European Trademark and Designs attorney (OHIM). He successfully completed a post-grade education in "European Patent Litigation (EPLA) ". After working in various Industrial Property firms, for about 12 years in France (Lyon, Paris) and about 3 years in German Switzerland (Bern), he joined us in October 2007. Daniel is essentially in charge of patents in the fields of mechanics, materials and chemistry as well as supplementary protection certificates for medicinal or phytosanitary products, plant variety protection and notification of new substances. He also works with trademarks and designs. |
Alain Bandi received his training in mechanical and electrical fields before becoming engineer ETS in geomatics at the EIVD School for Engineering. Then, he worked during 6 years in the industry within the Patents Service of Bobst company in Lausanne, where he got a serious experience in the design and improvement field of packaging machines. In 2002, he graduated from CEIPI at the University of Strasbourg. After being in charge of patent matters of one of the three business areas of Bobst company, he joined our team in 2004. Currently, Alain deals especially with patents in mechanics, mainly with invetions processing with the manufacture and the equipment of machines related to packaging and printing sectors. |

Simon Kitous graduated in 2002 from the Higher National School of Hydraulics and Mechanics of Grenoble in France (ENSHMG) as an engineer in water and environmental sciences. He got the C.E.I.P.I. Law degree in 2006 from Strasbourg Law University. From there on, he developped a 4 year expertise in Industrial Property firms in which he worked for major accounts in the automotive and aerospace industry, as well as for small and medium enterprises, universities and independent inventors. He joined us recently and is in charge of patents in the field of mechanics and physics.
