Michel
Moinas qualified
as a Chemist at E.N.S.C.M., Mulhouse, France then obtained a Ph.D.
from Laval University, Canada. He is a European Patent Attorney, a
Swiss and French Industrial Property Attorney with a C.E.I.P.I. Law
degree from Strasbourg University.
For 8 years Michel
worked with Nestlé
at their administrative center in Vevey, Switzerland, where his principal
activities related to food technology and biochemistry notably in
the areas of proteins and flavourings. In 1979 he founded Moinas &
Cie, Geneva, which has merged into MOINAS & SAVOYE S.A., and in
1981 he founded Cabinet Michel MOINAS in France.
Michel deals mainly with patents in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry,
biology, biotechnology, in drafting, prosecutions, licensing, litigations,
advices and due diligences, particularly for venture capital and I.P.O.
He also deals with trademarks, plant variety registrations and contractual
matters. He is a European (Community) Trademark Attorney as well.
Michel is the founder and the present Chairman of AROPI, an Association of Swiss IP Practitioners. |
